Fatiar a cebola em rodelas bem finas. Aquecer a manteiga, dourar a cebola e a carne. Acrescentar a nata, o leite e baixar o fogo, esperar levantar fervura. Acrescentar o creme de leite e deixar só 1 minuto no fogo (não deixar o creme de leite ferver). Coloque o alho e continue refogando. Acrescente o arroz, a pimenta e o sal e deixe fritar levemente. Junte o vinho e espere evaporar, vá jogando a água aos poucos e quando o arroz tiver quase no ponto (depende do teu gosto!), e não completamente seco, coloque o leite de coco, o camarão e deixe-o cozinhar levemente. Fritar em imersão com óleo muito quente.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes para a massa com pimenta, queijo e calabresa:&lt;br /&gt;- Tudo da massa base&lt;br /&gt;- 1 colher de sopa de requeijão&lt;br /&gt;- Pitadas de pimenta calabresa&lt;br /&gt;- 2 colheres de sopa de parmesão ralado grosso&lt;br /&gt;- 1 colher de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;- 2 colheres de azeite&lt;br /&gt;- 150g de calabresa sem pele e triturada&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de preparo da massa com pimenta, queijo e calabresa:&lt;br /&gt;- Ralar as batatas e a cebola, tudo bem raladinho. Juntar o ovo já batido e o requeijão. Colocar a pimenta calabresa e o parmesão (tem que ter cuidado porque como o parmesão é sólido, pode alterar o ponto). Bater com o garfo e colocar o creme de leite e o azeite.  Acrescentar a calabresa e continuar batendo. Por último, acrescentar a farinha para dar o ponto, acertar o sal e a salpicar salsinha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Observações:&lt;br /&gt;1. Eu prefiro mais consistente, então coloquei um tico mais de farinha, modelei na escumadeira e coloquei direto no óleo bem quente.&lt;br /&gt;2. A primeira foto, do bolinho cortado, mostra o bolinho só de cebola, batata e queijo. Dividi a receita em duas e fiz uma parte com calabresa e outra sem.&lt;br /&gt;3. O tempo de fritura é de aproximadamente 5 minutos. Acrescente todos os outros ingredientes e baixe o fogo. Deixe ferver por cerca de 5 minutos e desligue. Numa travessa untada com azeite, coloque as sobrecoxas de frango com a pele virada para cima, regue com todo o molho e cubra com papel alumínio. Deixe por cerca de 45minutos em fogo algo, sem mexer. Depois desse tempo, baixe o forno e retire o papel alumínio, deixando o frango dourar. ponta dos dedos, até que a massa fique homogênea e não grude mais nas mãos. Colocar a massa nas forminhas, ir moldando e quando o recheio (sua preferência) estiver frio, aplicá-lo. Para fazer as tampinhas, estique a massa com um rolo e use a própria forminha como cortador. Acrescente a essência de baunilha, o côco ralado e o leite condensado e bata mais. Acrescente o filé e frite, não cozinhe. Aos poucos, coloque a batata e a cenoura. Também deixe fritar levemente. Junte o ketchup e a mostarda e o vinho branco seco (Dica: coloque o vinho em uma concha funda e acenda uma boca do fogo, coloque a concha diretamente no fogo e espere atear fogo, após isso, jogue na panela e espere até que o fogo apague, assim, todo o álcool terá evaporado). Coloque os cogumelos e o creme de leite sem soro e não deixe ferver, só esquentar. Estará pronto. Sirva com arroz branco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Esse strogonoff é super saudável pois possui batata e cenoura. Enfeite com a azeitona.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recheio 3: Regue com queijo parmesão ralado grosso e azeite e coloque ketchup por cima. Enfeite com azeitona.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recheio 4: Coloque queijo, batata palha e fatias de azeitona. Regue com azeite.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recheio 5: Coloque uma porção de milho e ervilha misturados no azeite. Enfeite com azeitona.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Recheio 6: Coloque os pimentões cortados em cubos pequeníssimos, misturados no azeite. Acrescente agora os sólidos: farinha, fermento e o queijo. Vá colocando a água e dando o ponto. Quando soltar da mão, está bom. Coloque água o quanto baste (mas em torno de 10 colheres). Leve à geladeira por 2 horas e retire, sove a massa até que fique lisinha e abra com um rolo até que fique numa espessura muito fina. Corte círculos (para pastéis pequenos, pode ser com um pires, para maiores, com um prato).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Recheio:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;300g de frango cozido e desfiado a seu gosto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;200g de catupiry&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;1 colher de chá rasa de curry&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;2 colheres de sopa de azeite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;1 cebola pequena ralada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;font-size:85%;"  &gt;Modo de preparo: Aqueça o azeite, coloque a cebola e o curry e deixe fritar. Acrescente o frango e frite para que pegue o gosto. Espere esfriar e misture o catupiry. Recheio os discos de massa e feche , molhando as pontas do disco com água para fixar melhor. Pincele com a gema e leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus, por 15 minutos. Refogue o tomate e a cebola e coloque o macarrão nesse refogado. O spaghetti está pronto e pode ser servido com qualquer acompanhamento.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de preparo do molho: Refogue a cebola e o alho no azeite, acrescente a carne, o sal e a pimenta do reino e frite bastante. Acrescente o caldo de carne dissolvido em água e quando ferver, coloque as batatas, a cenoura e a vagem. Quando os legumes estiverem molinhos, desligue. Caso necessário, vá colocando mais água no cozimento.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Esse prato é simples e ao invés de ser uma bolonhesa com bastante molho de tomate, creme de leite, e todos os conservantes presentes nestes, tem-se verduras no próprio macarrão e legumes na carne. Coloque o caldo de galinha e o vinho e espere secar. Caso o arroz não amoleça o suficiente, vá acrescentando água. Misture a mostarda, o catupiry e a ervilha, fazendo um creme e reserve. Quando o arroz tiver perto de secar, acrescente o frango desfiado e esse creme. Misture tudo e deixe que ferva por 2 minutos. Então vou deixar aqui uma receita de Risoto de Panela de Pressão, rapidinho e saborosíssimo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;- 3 colheres (sopa) de azeite&lt;br /&gt;- 1 cebola picadinha&lt;br /&gt;- 1 tomate sem pele e sem semente picado&lt;br /&gt;- 2 xícaras (chá) de arroz parboilizado (ou árboreo)&lt;br /&gt;- 3 1/2 xícaras (chá) de água&lt;br /&gt;- Sal e pimenta a gosto&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 lata de seleta de legumes&lt;br /&gt;- Palmito e azeitonas a gosto&lt;br /&gt;- Manjericão fresco&lt;br /&gt;- 2 colheres (sopa) de polpa de tomate&lt;br /&gt;- 1 colher (chá) de mostarda&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de preparo:&lt;br /&gt;Frite a cebola no azeite até murchar e acrescente o arroz, deixe-o refogar. Acrescente o sal, a pimenta, o tomate, o palmito, o manjericão, a seleta de legumes, as azeitonas, a polpa de tomate e a mostarda e misture tudo, deixando fritar por 2 minutos. Acrescente a água e tampe a panela de pressão. Após começar a chiar, espere 7 minutos e desligue o fogo. Espere sair toda a pressão e abra a panela. Misture levemente e está pronto.
